About
Katherine’s aim is to offer people a therapeutic space where ‘messiness’ is welcomed in and wholly embraced—where the full spectrum of their frustrations, fears, contradictions, and heartaches can be freely exhaled and thoroughly explored with care. Katherine regards this space as the very ground from which life-giving insights emerge to transform pain, stuck-ness, and uncertainty into a renewed sense of clarity, empowering individuals to navigate their hardships in ways that feel personally meaningful and purpose-driven.
Katherine holds a particular tenderness toward those affected by relationship challenges, grief, or complex trauma, as well as feelings of powerlessness, self-doubt, disconnection, or a persistent sense of being either “too much” or “never enough.”
Katherine views therapy as a living, relational process, with her approaches rooted in the conviction that the most potent opportunities for restoration unfold within the presence of wholehearted honesty, curiosity, faith, and intentionality. She is thus committed to embodying this depth of attunement and sincerity when connecting with all whom she has the privilege of walking alongside.
